Born and raised in Perth Western Australia, Patrick Carre has been in the music industry for over 25 years. An Australasian Registered Piano Technician (ARPT), Patrick first began his career working at Park Pianos, a music store in Victoria Park, WA, where he completed his training as a piano tuner/technician.
As also currently the secretary of the Australasian Piano Tuners & Technicians Association (APTTA), Patrick prides himself on providing the best professional service and advice for your piano.
Accredited piano tuner by Yamaha Australia, Patrick services and tunes all piano types and brands in the Perth Metro Area and has tuned for some high profile clients such as John Legend, KD Lang, Nick Cave and Mumford & Sons.
Music, Recording & Production
In addition to tuning pianos, Patrick is also an accomplished musician, songwriter, music producer and recording engineer. As well as playing in various Perth cover bands over the years, he has toured nationally and internationally with original bands and artists. The most prominent being Richard Walley – an internationally renowned Noongar didgeridoo player.
Patrick cut his teeth in the recording studio, working with Perth born Grammy Award winning mix engineer Ainslie Grosser, recording local original bands. He has also worked as a co-producer and engineer with the likes of Nuno Bettencourt (Extreme), Dave Leslie (Baby Animals) and UK EDM music producer Trixta.
