The Platinum Room
Our spacious flagship room, has an elevated rear couch giving producers / mentors a better view through the window into the live room (The Foundry). It features 26 channels of simultaneous recording, 2 vocal / instrument booths ideal for vocal overdubs and top shelf outboard gear from AMS Neve, Focusrite and Universal Audio. The separate production desk holds a Korg M3 keyboard, which can be used for its own sounds or to control the many soft-synths available from Native Instruments, Arturia and Logic Pro X.
The Rhodium Room
Featuring 14 channels of simultaneous recording, an Alex Steinbach Acoustic piano and an 88 note keyboard to control soft-synths from Native Instruments and Logic Pro X, this room is fully equipped and a great space for creativity and pre / post production. The full range of microphones are available to both studios, making this room an ideal choice for smaller recording projects that will pack great sound! It’s also equipped for digital editing and record / cassette digital transfers. The work you start here can even be transferred and finished in the Platinum Room as same plug-ins are also available there!
The Foundry
Where your song is brought to life… A perfect balance of wood paneling on the walls and ceiling provides a beautifully ‘open’ sounding space for a full band. 5 personal multi-channel headphone monitoring system allows each musician to control their own sub-mix without disrupting what the others need to hear. This along with a choice of lighting to set the mood ensures a relaxed environment allowing for maximum creativity.
